That's my problem too, I love milk but can't drink it before a workout or ill feel like Ill throw up. I like those protein bars but I end up eating two before a workout or for a quick lunch if I'm out somewhere. I end up going through those packs so quickly that 10 bars will probably only last 3-4 days tops and that shit gets expensive spending nearly $40 a week on bars.
