By boardshorts, who has been training for many years, has done at least one steroid cycle and lifts equipped with multiple coaches in a Powerlifting gym.

Rasputin's form was utter dogshit, with the exception of his sumo deadlift which was pretty standard for somebody learning deadlifting off youtube.

His squat was way too narrow, causing a lot of lower spinal curve and his heels came up, his bench was completely flat backed with no curve. He desperately needs a coach but most people are like that when they are new to lifting.

And the people telling him to keep his back completely upright in the squat need to seriously stop posting, that is a one way ticket to snap city, bending forward is vital to a safe squat

When I did TM I recovered right on time for ID,I really really doubt you can recover day to day with that much volume.
You'll either be too fatigued to even approach 90%,injure yourself or be covered in so many doms you won't even reach depth on the squat.
Just do a 4day TM split and read both Lascek's books because you don't understand the training principle on which TM is based.
Basically you want to push your ID with the least amount of volume possible,you're doing exactly the opposite.
Standard TM will crush you with volume,you don't need more.

It is possible to train high frequency with high-ish volume but it meshes really badly with the way TM is set up. You just can't expect to push constant PRs when you're trying to run yourself into fatigue like that.

First of all,he shouldn't even be doing 90% of his ID max on VD.
You transition into TM slowly and try to keep as much difference in weigth between ID and VD,upping the volume every 2 week or so or when you're about to stall.
There is no fucking reason for him to add that much stuff since he is also adding 20 minutes of accessory work.
I might be a pussy but I ran TM,read quite a bit about it and made gains.
This is not TM,it's trying to lift 5 times a day with a volume he is not accostumed to and retarded high intensity.
I think he should atleast give a normal TM routine a try before bastardizing it.
