General tips for speeding up weight loss/muscle gains.
I'm not looking for an instant fix, I've been at it for two months now. Thing is I've barely noticed a change. I do fifteen minutes of intense cardio and lift every other day, and then do an hour of moderate to intense cardio on non-lifting days. I eat at a 500 calorie deficit and fast once a week.

Have you tried measuring anything? What did you weigh two months ago, and what do you weigh now? Lifting? Cardio?
Increase the deficit if you know you can handle it
I'm pretty sure its impossible to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time aside from noob gains if youre at a deficit.

Get skin folds. Treat the first as a baseline (should have done this 2 months ago breh). Then compare the total skinfold mm every 8-12 weeks. If you're doing it right the total mm of your skin folds will reduce = progress
Slow
Steady

it is possible to gain muscle while losing fat, i dit it, il lost about 6% body fat in a month and my shoulders and arms got significantly bigger. i'm lifting 5 days and doing cardio 2 days a week.
i'm eating a a high deficit btw because my goal was to lose fat in the first place
