I really hate cooking/preparing food. Any advice on what food requires minimal effort to prepare?
Keep in mind im also poor
grill chicken, make some rice, make them fuck, and eat
Slice up 1-2 kilo of chicken titties, sprinkle some spices / salts etc optional, throw it in the oven for 30 minutes.
Keep 1/2doz bags of frozen veggies on the freezer, thaw with warn water and eat with chicken as needed
Avocados and peanut butter. I get 7 avocados at my local store for 2 bucks. Use fucking coupons. No shame in that.
rolled oats
2 minutes in the microwave and BOOM, you now have the tastiest bowl of awesome you've ever had. Live oats, love oats, become oats.

Oats are good, but they get bland real fucking quick.
Throw in some cinnamon and milk. Fruits if you have time to chop them up or raisins if you don't.
If you're feeling fancy throw in some ginger, ground clove, and nutmeg.
