Started working for a bio refining company. I'm doing water quality and projects for plant management across 27 refineries, as well as helping with the startup of one of the worlds first cellulosic facilities. Process engineering based of course.

I had the same thing only worse and when I went to a nerve specialists thy ran tests and said I had no nerve damage and kicked me out and didn't fix anything
If I remember correctly that was after the numbing sensation was gone tho, took quite a while to dissipate if I remember, like a month or two to finally go away

I also think if I got into the nerve specialist faster it would have been different but since I live in a country with socialized healthcare it is of course shit which meant a month waiting to get into the nerve specialist and that was after waiting a month before going to the first doctor who referred me

I don't remember shooting pains though, mainly just numbness, and tingling sensation in the fingers like they were asleep

Before that event that caused it happened I had a dull aching pain in my shoulder
