What is this sorcery?

I had the posterior dislocation too (on the right in OP pic), so benching was supposed to be VERY tricky.

And I'm 34.

i dislocated my shit once after thinking i could do a handstand.
Few days later, i was stretching and my shoulder literally popped into some position. Felt very natural and good, almost like cracking my back.

You were walking around with a dislocated shoulder for a few days?
>>
>>37293422
I do trillions of hours a week strengthening my rotator cuff because archery and I'm paranoid about destroying my entire shoulder.
>>

Wait, what are you supposed to do if you don't pop it back in? Wouldn't it be fucked up a lot longer if you don't pop it in?
>>
>>37293465
My mate fucked his up royally trying to pop it back in. Get a professional to take care of it.

lemme tell you, it did not feel natural at all for 2 days. Throughout those whole two days, i just wanted to "crack" my shoulder because of how uncomfortable it felt. But it didn't look too odd in the mirror. Maybe it was just tightness around the area for all i know. But that pop when i stretched felt real good and made me feel normal again

Getting it back in yourself as quickly as possible is ideal, but if you don't know which way it's dislocated (front, back, down) you can make things a lot worse.

Don't risk it, go see a doc.

Mine did a little more than "not feel natural", that shit HURT.
>>
Is this dat muscle memory I been hearing about?
>>
>>37293575
i guess my shit wasn't dislocated then. It just felt uncomfortable is all.
Ive seen people dislocate their fingers and they are always in pain. So i was probably just being a little bitch and paranoid
