I've recently been working on broadening up my shoulders, I am a 22 year old, 6'3 Male that weighs ~200 pounds, usually going between 195-200. I can safely assume that I am slightly stronger than your average man. What do you propose would be the best exercises, as far as reps, weight, or other workouts for broadening shoulder width?
how strong is the "average" man?

128 Newton

weaker than me
Side lateral raises, 20-25lb dumbbells, 10x10 30 seconds rest every other workout

>10x10

Doing 15 rep lat raises and heavy deadlifts blew my shoulders up
Wide grip pull ups worked like magic to me.
FRAME is genetic. Sorry.
How the FUCK do I get my OHP up I've been doing them for months and can barely do 85lbs.
Just kill me.
Btw are lateral raises better with palms down or facing forward, getting mixed answers on that

When you get to the top position of a lateral raise, your palms should be directed (mostly) towards the floor, with your thumbs pointed slightly upwards/towards the ceiling. Never go above your shoulders, and always keep a slight bend in the elbow.
If you want your OHP to increase you're going to have to OHP more often.
I went from 120-145 in 2 months, by doing push press (with negatives), lateral raises, and OHP 4 days a week.
If you're doing bench press before OHP, then your OHP will probably not increase. This is the same for every exercise.

I do OHP about twice a week, fug. Thanks.
