not sure what you're doing with your peanut butter.
I've had that stuff sit for months and it looks exactly like before. Stir to mix the oil pooling on top back in, good to go.
Maybe consider some food etiquette and don't mix remains from other containers into your PB?

The last time i ever had moldy peanut butter was when i left it in my cabinet for like 2 1/2 years. I opened it it was a fuzz fest mold fungus bananza
