Saw someone at the gym today, lots of muscle mass, body fat % was maybe high teens, but had a large beer gut. Not HUGE, but very noticeable. I hate to knock someone, but how do you get to that point? (For the record, I've never insulted someone on this forum, never a condescending term like manlet or cuck) But this dude had some weird belly going on, while the rest of his body was what a lot of you guys are probably striving for.

This is the expansion of the entire abdominal sheet. Technically it is muscle growth, of all 5 layers of the ab wall, and the underlying tendons. It has to grow outward, as well inward would squish their organs.
