anybody else really improve everything else after getting fit?
is it normal to have a cleaner house, more success and better fashion sense after getting fit?
no. most people focus solely on their body cause they're autistic and think that will fix everything.
I started to care a little more about how I dressed. I still don't care a lot, but I definitely dress better than I did before I was fit. I also started making better grades in college. I was never very messy.

Getting /fit/ is sort of like a keystone habit. Once you get fit you've effectively made a few things happen: built a habit, look better, feel MUCH better (especially if you had shitty health before), and become more confident.
The way I see it, since you've sort of "learned" how to build a habit and learn a skill, it'll be even easier and be approached with greater confidence the next time you try to acquire a skill, knowledge, or habit (such as dressing better). And the confidence and additional physical energy makes it much more likely that you're going to succeed since you feel good. So, it does help make other habits and generate knowledge
Yes.
I have been skellymode for 10 years. Ever since I discovered /fit/ and MyFitnessPal I have been religiously tracking my calories. I have become much more organized as a result. I don't skip gym days. I don't skip food. I always clean my place. I am making organized plans of shaping my future.
Lifting has changed my life.

I believe this is what they call "making it".

I have a big drive to cook well, make more money, dress well, and fuck girls. I haven't yet made it but being productive and lifting lets me know it's progress every week.

>after getting fit?
Nobody on here is in this category. IF we were fit we wouldn't be here.
This place is just rotating newbies.
Yes, it's actually the only reason I still lift.
