My elbows have started to become more pointy recently.. Is this a GH thing? I have been trying IF lately and i hit the sauna alot. But can that actually cause GH increases so large that i am getting these bone structure effects?

your GH increase from IF is very minuscule and it only there to combat the damage that you are doing to your body by depriving it of nutrients, the GH is there to stop your body from atrophying, with it you are at best at baseline if not lower.
