i do 3x sets
95x20
115x20
135x20

everyday 5 times week

max is at 235 and i want to get 315 by the end of the year.

I usually find I can't get my heart rate up high enough when I do cardio with only my arms like this. You've gotta use your legs, run, bike, something.
