Can /fit/ explain this shit to me? Let's try to figure this out. My hypotheses:
- Photoshop
- Some sort of localized neuromuscular condition (why isn't he in a wheelchair if that is the case)
- Maybe he was a cripple until recently and he's been cured but his legs need some time to bulk back up
Any ideas?

Once while we were outside on PE class I saw a dude who looked like this.
Upper body was jacked, looked really nice, he wasn't bodybuilder, more like an athlete, but his legs were tiny like sticks literally..
He was sprinting( or trying) and there were couple of dudes around him.
It was probably some kind of medical case.
