I can deadlift over 4 plates and row over 2 plates. But I can only barely pump out 6 pull ups with a 20kg plate.

Do more pull ups. Do them at least a few times a week. Do them before diddlys or do them on rest days.
It's not hard mate, if it's important to you then do it often or daily.

How about doing pull ups each day? As long as you dont go to failure, you should be Ok.
Do more volume. Try to do 3x8 with that 20kg plate. After the third set, do the remaining reps you didnt make in the least amount of sets possible.
I went from not being able to do 3x5 with 10kg, to 3x8 with 15kg in about 5 weeks.
