What is your favorite machine?

Mine is the lat pulldown

I really want one for myself at home but they're expensive as fuck and I dont have enough room for it. It's so bad if I havent been to the gym for 2 days that my muscles hurt, goddamn I wanna do lat pulldowns badly now

i have a doorway pullup bar at home but i can only do chinups because otherwise the doorway is in the way of my elbows

lat pulldown i can easily do 10 with 50kg (i weigh 90) for biceps and tricaps and lat

i really like the assisted dip machine at my gym because if i just put a plate on the seating it goes down and i can just do my dips.

i have no trouble doing back with lat pulldown or assisted pullups in gym where they have a long bar but i cant do it at home because ellbows and doorway

Nigger you could build your own lat pulldown simple "machine" if you have two brain cells to rub together.
