Used to go there in my early high school days. Switched to NSD in the same building later, now at fish creek Raquel club. It sounds dumb but it's got a really good rate for students and the gym part has everything and no one ever uses it. I recommend making the switch to NSD though if you don't use the pool. Way less crowded in the evenings and before 3 when the hs kids go to use it.

there are literally no good gyms in Portland. Either they don't have enough equipment (like Loprinzi's gym with only one power rack), or they make you take their worthless classes (crossfit and industrial strength) or they are open at impossible hours (like Kabuki strength). Oh and of course I'm ignoring the dozens of kettlebell and gimmick gyms that all the hipsters go to.

18 bucks a week and they are going 24/7 soon as well. You can do 22 bucks a week and bring a friend whenever you go. Biggest catch is that it's a 99 joining fee but you get 3 pt sessions, you can get 69 starting fee and you only get one pt session.

The Anytime on 20th gets slammed, only has 1 place to do barbell work, and costs about as much as OneLife. That's why I usually work out in Va Beach at lunch.
Might try to get a week trial at OneLife while I think about re-upping with Anytime. When do you usually work out?
