I'm sticking under 1500 cal per day which everyone told me might be too low but I'm feeling great as long as I don't go more than 5-6 right now I'm really focusing on cardio. I did get it from IF, not sure if it does any of the body fat magic it claims, but I find it helpful since it's a lot more satisfying to eat two decent meals instead of 3 small ones. Cravings at night are what you need to tame, not early morning. My window is 2pm to 10pm since I lift at 7-8 pm.

The thing that made the difference for me was not eating any carbs besides some veggies for 10 hours before my cardio, I just started doing it 2 months ago and the progress has been way faster.

I am, just taking ephedrine and caffeine.
I take 8mg in the morning + 200 mg caffeine, then sometimes take 8mg in the afternoon.

I can't take anymore than that otherwise I get very uncomfortable. (I took 2 + a caffeine pill once and had to do deep breathing techniques to lower my heart rate. I felt like I couldn't breathe enough oxygen.) It's okay though because it works like a god send and the bottles will last a long time.

This is my progress from the beginning of February to a few days ago. I've gone from 92kg (dreamer bulk, my bad) to 78kg since then. I experimented with keto at the beginning but now just IF at around 1800-2000 cal, and have one cheat day a week where I'll hit 3000-3500 cal. For macros I just make sure to hit 120-150g protein and then eat whatever until I hit my goal calories.

Right now my libido is almost non-existent, which I attribute to the cut – any tips to get my dick back? Also, BF estimate? My last 2 or 3 kgs I haven't really noticed any visual progress, but I think I'm right at the cusp of losing my lower ab fat and will keep cutting for a month or so.

Try start off with a 16 hour fast and 8 hour eating window. Basically you want to fit all your calories in your cut into that eating window. So you could potentially eat between 12 at noon until 8pm at night, and the rest of the time, make sure you eat nothing, except things with no calories such as water, coffee or tea. You'll find out that if you're not constantly snacking on stuff throughout the day, you'll have more room to have more filling meals in your eating window.

Once that gets comfortable, you can try decrease your eating window to 6 hours, or even 4. Just make sure its something you can comfortably do in the long term.

Natural stuff I find works; If my libido is down its always because of lack of sleep, i.e. not enough. You're right though, fat has an important role testosterone production.

1. tribulus terrestris is shit. Doesn't work.
2. Gaba is good for a really deeper, refreshing sleep, but one study also shows it naturally increases growth hormone by 500% if taken BEFORE working out. Safe as houses.
3. D-Aspartic acid. Works. Science says so. Also I noticed the difference personally.

I workout in a fasted state every time, but I supplement with BCAA before my workouts. Its hardly any calories and helps prevent muscle breakdown. Personally, I haven't felt a difference in when I take my protein shakes as long as I hit my protein numbers by the end of the day. If you can maintain your strength over a period of time on a cut, its a good indication that you've kept most of your muscle mass. Try it out. If you start losing strength, then you can readjust, but personally I haven't felt it- even gained strength on some lifts.

Intermittent Fasting. Basically a fancy way of saying you skip breakfast and eat all your meals in a 4-6 hour window. Your body adapts and you can basically cut hard without feeling hunger.

I have a litre of coffee throughout the morning (stimulant and appetite suppressant), eat a 1200-1500 calorie meal around 3 in the afternoon, and then a smaller 400-700 calorie meal at 9.

It scares me being back at 200 lbs. so I decided to do a cut over summer, 3 months total, that started last Monday. I'm doing the same 2 lbs./week cut I did when I was 240, but this time I'm going to the gym 6 days a week, doing strength training 5 days a week, and 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. My cut back in 2014 involved no working out whatsoever.

So in theory I'm trying to see MASSIVE losses in fat with little to no loss in muscle mass, hence the strength training. I'm watching macros by the way, so I'm trying my best to get in as much protein as possible. Also doing pre-workout and protein powder post-workout.

Weighed myself this morning and I was at 191 lbs. Hoping to get to an ambitious 160 lbs. by mid-August. 170 lbs. would be nice too but when I was 170 lbs. I still didn't look that amazing, but then again I didn't work out at all then.

Fat looks a little low, you shouldn't go below 0.35 g/lb unless you're on the juice, since caloric deficit nukes your hormonal balance and dietary fat is required for proper function in general. Takes long to recover too, not as simple as increasing fats overnight, so by the time you suspect something it's too late.

You haven't started your cut but you already know your TDEE? Calculators I tried predicted my TDEE at 2300, but I'm losing 0.9-1 lb per week averaged on 2800. 1900 seems a little low unless you're completely sedentary.

Basically my body looks like shit and that cut I did in 2014 showed just how shitty my genetics are. I lifted years ago, back in like 2011, for almost two years and I stopped due to lack of results (100% certain I did things right), which is why it took me like 4 years to even attempt to get back into it.

I'd like to get into Ottermode hence all the cardio and the goal of 160 lbs. I'm sure I gained muscle mass cause I ate like a fucking retarded pig this spring when I got back into lifting.

Thing is that I don't even know if my hips will shrink. I know a lot of people think somatotypes are bullshit but if they're real I'm definitely endomorphic.

Its impossible you were doing things right for 2 years with those stats. But that aside, you don't need to go crazy with the frequency in cardio and lifting. Make sure your calories are at a small deficit, focus primarily on getting your compound lifts up over a period of time, progressive overload is everything. I'm guessing you can still make some strength and muscle gain while cutting at this point, but don't be discouraged if you dont, just try and lean down and maintain strength above all else.

Whats your routine like? Is it just a bodypart split, or are you hitting some groups twice a week (PPLPPL) or?

Cutting is mostly diet imo. But you can try throw in some moderate cardio on your offdays, but keep track of your lifts and make sure you aren't losing strength out of nowhere.
