That's not true. Calves always lagged on me but now I work them every single day and I include 30 minutes of steep incline treadmill 3 times a week and got awesome good results. People that blame genetics are just plane lazy

cause you need to work both soleus and gastrocnemius,meaning you need to do raises with straight legs and bent as well.i'd say you need a minimum of 4 sets to get the full effect.

If you've tried all of the above, get yourself some nice heavy boots to wear during your normal day, timbs are why my calves have gone from embarrassing to normal and im so happy about it lmao.
