2000ish calories a day.
300calories of green peas(sometimes 1/4th of it baked beans)
100 calories of either tomato/bacon sauce or white/cheese sauce
600 calories of meat
50calories of ketchup
this is my bigger meal.
At work I eat the same, except 30% smaller.
I eat some protein powder straight up at certain points, maybe 1.5-2 scoops as well.
Bloat only happens during my big meal.
I suppose 12.5 aromasin every 2 days is ridiculously bad for 1.5g test or something.
550mg tren with about .5 mg caber every 2.5 or so days.
