I did PPL for a long time and honestly it was a fucking nightmare.

Now im doing an upper/lower split one day on one day off. So 3-4 days a week.

No. Carbs are for bulking, protein is for cutting.

You still need a healthy amount of protein on a bulk but if you are eating decent carb sources they should contain protein. a few eggs and a small amount of meat should cover it.
