It can be tough to break an addiction to the ridiculous shit we have on our grocery stores. I don't know when it became a contest to produce the most disgusting decadent snacks possible, but we have shit like bacon Oreos.
I think a lot of fatties learned their bad habits early on. I think parents are responsible for the habits their kids learned. I also think that we as a society need to take a hard look at the shit we're allowing on our shelves, or at least make basic dieting information more readily.
