Ex obese turned ex skelly turned ex skinnyfat here, I weighed in 16.9% body fat at 70kg (stopped working out for a bit over a month after my bulk, also 5 10' 20 year old here) and I'm at 66.5kg now. I think I should be completely done at 62kg, I'm 5/6 weeks in. I'm doing IF.

I feel so fucking done though. I can see the top 2 abs usually, esp. In good lighting though, but I still hate the fat on my tummy. I really hope I'm done in 4/5 weeks or I may actually die.

So, I'm currently between 260-270. 5'11. I'm taking in about 15-1800 calories a day, working out about 3-5 days a week. I looked back on my macros for one week and wanted to know if I'm making good or bad choices.

Carbs - 154g
Fat - 45.7g
Protein - 106.7g

Anything I should improve on? I did SS for about a month, but I'm switching to a week of 3 mile daily cardio to switch things up.

Eternally cutting over here, it's brutal. These days i take heaps of modafinil which helps suppress hunger. Sometimes i push it too hard and don't eat all day then i smoke too much weed and eat $30 worth of service station food or someshit.

Getting my depression and lifting regiment in order now so i'm seeing more progress but still feel the end goal is far away even though i look good by normie standards.

Weighed in at 176 and trying to get to 170 in 2 weeks by doing a psmf. I know I'm going to make my goal and problem a bit more considering I'm doing 3 miles of fasted cardio (mixture of low, medium and high intensity) the morning while take yohimbine and fallowing it up with ephedrine 2 hours later. I'm also lifting 5x a week and have yet to see any decrease in my lifts.

It's actually really easy. I eat vegan 90% of the time. I eat meat when I'm out with friends or when someone cooks for me, because I don't want to be 'that vegan' guy.
My lifts are stable and some have even gone up. I've also went from 18%bf to 11% without counting calories or feeling like shit all the time like I used to when cutting. Cutting and bulking is a meme designed for roiders anyways.

slowly getting back on track after Easter binges with sweets and other goodies and other minor family obligations. I'm a fancy man today but hopefully there won't be another 96 kg bouncy bounce.I put my goal weights in 2 kg(aprox 4.5 pounds) increments, helps me with motivation and I only lower the bar after I've been at that weight or under for at least a couple of days.
If you're slightly less autistic I would recommend less frequent weigh-ins ,pref once every 3 days or weekly.
Always do it in the morning after you've pissed/shit,otherwise it's useless.

Or you can weigh in once a week.

Checking your weight daily can be a downer since today you're at x lbs, but tomorrow you're like 5lbs heavier because you ate something salty and drank a lot of water.

So all the calorie counters ask how intense your cardio is for figuring our how many calories you burn. How the hell do I measure this? At what point does cardio become light/moderate/vigorous?

All I can tell is how long I do cardio for, but obviously walking for an hour isn't going to burn as many calories as running for an hour. How do I actually figure out how many extra calories I burn with cardio?

I measure intensity by heart rate. If you're doing cardio l at the gym measure your heart rate using the machines and try and maintain your heart rate at a specific level (ie 60-90 for light, 90-120 for medium, 120-160 for heavy, 160+ for intense) for you intended cardio. Once you do this for a while you'll have a better idea of intensity because you'll know the feeling for you matched with each heart rate, for example heavy but even breathing is probably medium/moderate, heavy but ragged breathing is heavy or intense.
You can also get a fitbit or other heart rate monitor to give you more consistent readings. Some phones or regular "dumb" watches even have heart rate monitors built in. Alternatively, you could take 15 seconds every 10 minutes or so to measure your heart rate and average it out at the end to get a decent estimate orlf your cardio intensity and therefore caloric expenditure.

It has a small number of modes though that will spit out calories burned (based on some sort of average number for average people I presume). When I'm done on the bike, I pop those calories burned into myfitnesspal (by way of fudging the time until the calories match) and then eat a bit more for the day.

I don't know how retarded of an idea this was, but I switched to PPL at the same time as my cut, which includes intermittent fasting every single day at a caloric deficit.

My lifts are mostly still good, minus my squats which are plummeting. Lost 7lbs in the past month or so, but have been stalling for the past 2 weeks at 160lbs (5'7" manlet).

I look marginally better, but I feel sicker and sicker looking at myself in the mirror when I realize how far away I am from my goals. I can't wake up for shit in the morning, but I think I'm going to try doing some fasted HIIT in the mornings with BCAAs or something.

Losing motivation. Not sure if I'll make it.

What do you think a good goal would be for me /fit/? I'm 5'10" maybe 5'11" currently sitting at 181 lbs after an unintentional 5lb bulk.

I was thinking 170. People compliment me on my gains and stuff but I don't feel lean at ALL. I feel like a fat sloppy bloated fuck 100% of the time, even when I get compliments. Maybe its left over from being former fatty.

not necessarily. You'll look like you look like now only with less fat. You're expecting your muscles to "tone" out but in reality you're just reducing the amount of fat around the muscles you have now. If you want to look better, you first have to build muscles. Honestly, you would probably look better being fat with muscle than you would if you just lost all the weight you wanted. I'm not saying you shouldn't lift, just saying you're not gonna get what you're expecting.

forgot to add that just eating protein and lifting doesn't really do what you're think it does. You have to be eating enough protein and enough calories, and lifting enough. On 1500 calories, the best you can hope for is to not lose too much muscle mass with the fat.

I'm of the opinion that it's always advisable to put on muscle first, so I would stop cutting right now and do at least 3-6 months of working on strength. The one thing no one told me when I started losing weight was how much strength (and muscle) you lose.
