Deadlifts, dumbell rows, pullups and pullup variations, lat pulldowns, face pulls, seated low rows, back extensions, Rubish back extensions.

Also, "breaks when squatting" I assume means folding forward at the bottom of your squat. Invest in ab-wheel rollouts and planks.

Start incorporating these into your training. As a guide, you need to work muscle groups twice a week.

I know a couple people who get coached by RTS and their training is basically the same but with 3 exercises instead of 5 (like i said earlier) but with like 1-2 sets more per exercise.

i really dont think the risk/reward tradeoff of the excessive volume is worth it desu. if you compare the NOL calculations and all it blows sheiko the fuck out for example.
