WHY DOES MY HEAD ALWAYS HURT AFTER A WORK OUT?
WHY CAN'T I SLEEP AT NIGHT WITHOUT WAKING UP CONSTANTLY?
Please help thanks.
Sounds like dehydration. Surprisingly, that leads to headaches apparently. Or maybe you're not getting enough air.

yeah, drink water

Dehydration like the other guys said but you may also not be breathing properly while u lift
you need to breathe probably as well. if you are holding your breathe and forcing out reps you will get a headache. I sometimes don't breathe properly during leg day and my head hurts from it.

this is big in lifting. people dont realize that proper breathing is essential for gains and losing weight.

Research exertion headaches, bruh

i get them from squats/pullups, and for like a week after-wards i'll get them during sex :(
really fucking sucks to lose your erection because your head hurts. way too young for that shit.

Has to be ur breathing then
Do you have low sodium or potassium levels? I used to pass out sometimes (losing erections and other shit happened even more often and were less worrisome).
Balancing those two fixed it for me.
If you have sleep apnea you will have headaches all day.

I was having this happen to me. Do you look up a lot during your routine? Like during squats or something? I used to get headaches from doing this.

yeah i think you're right.. unintentionally valsalva'ing during squats, then it's a blinding headache.
odd how sensitivity to pressure lingers though, worried i'll rupture an aneurysm or something one day.
It sounds like overtraining or higher than ideal blood pressure and workouts put your shit over the edge. I'm on of these people too where if I work out hard and don't eat a LOT plus rest, my body starts pumping out adrenaline and it's hard to sleep.
Do a little more cardio in general, and eat more the days you lift imo my dude.
>had a cold a few weeks back
>nose blocked as fuck, throat full of mucus
>got constant headaches during lifting
>assumed it was dehydration
>drank 4 (FOUR) one-litre bottles of water in an hour-long workout
>didn't do shit
>literally pissed for about 5 mins straight afterwards
>only now finding out it was because I couldn't get enough oxygen

How did you fix it?
>>37105519
>carbs
>water
>electrolytes
Have fun
Why does this incredibly generic ass keep getting posted?
C'mon family

you could have blood pressure problems too, but thats probably paranoia - its most likely exertion and dehydration
