squats felt pretty ok today. you guys might remember that my squats from friday were high as a kite, despite feeling like they were well below parallel. so OCG suggested trying to lean forward more and pushing my knees out further, and I think it helped. imo these from today both looked lower and felt higher, so that was neat.
also someone tell me what RPE the last set looks like, because I have no fucking idea. I think somewhere between 6 and 8.

My old pops can bike 25kg of onions on his back up 5km, some of it incline. He can do 10+ pullups despite never training. He never stretches, and doesn't have knee pain, while I'm pretty much broken and suffering on a foam roller all year round.

Lots of tightness in my hips when im benching. Almost feels like its locking. up during bench movements. Just started smolovs squat program. Hips feel fine during squats.

Is this something I can roll out or is it something bad waiting to happen? Help.

I actually agree. Holding yourself back for no reason is literally akin to running poor programming on purpose, or not eating enough on purpose, or not sleeping enough on purpose. It doesn't make sense at the competitive and professional level to hinder yourself so needlessly from some skewed, narrow-minded viewpoint.

At the end of the day, PEDs themselves don't increases performance, rather, they simply entice your body to do what it already does naturally, just in increased fashion, be it protein synthesis or whatever else.

It's true from a pure reaction-to-reaction basis. Some compound binds to androgen receptors and simply tells your body what to do, and then your body does all the hard work.
