if you mean for her routine I have no clue. she does this all on her own. the only thing I started her on was squats and she's up to 65kg. she likes leg press cause it makes her feel strong lol. like I said: retard. and by rows I meant the row machine. I'm trying to get her into push-ups and chin-ups but I think she's way too weak and would get discouraged and quit during the building up phases
