i can train 5 times a week, goal is size and strength in that order, should i do a traditional 1 muscle group per day split or PPLxPPxx?

I workout 5 days a week for about an hour and a half in the morning. I do:

PPLPPxx
LPPLPxx
PLPPLxx

Push is chest/tris. Pull is back/bis. Legs is legs and shoulders. No cardio, and ab/core shit is done on weekends.

It's working for me so far.
