Yes it's a legit routine. There are more than enough progress posts to show that by now. It's balanced and covers progressive overload.
Sounds like you just need to get your diet and nutrition in order.

If you don't have a kitchen scale and track your macros every single day there is no way you will have decent progress as a beginner skelly. Trust me, i have been there. For years.
Then once i started actually tracking macros, i managed to get to 80kg from 70 in 4 months.
what degree of flexibility does one need to be able to do a straddle L-sit to handstand? are fully side splits necessary?
how close together are your elbows supposed to be in an elbow lever? mine slip out. i'm sure its an issue with external rotation though.
