This deals with the symptom, not the problem, but it is a good short term fix. Work on strengthening your sphincter, op. Do butthole tightening exercises, then some glute work, and some hip flexor stretching. I suspect that my anterior pelvic tilt is what causes weak unactivated glutes and sphincter muscles. If you walk around normally and feel your ass you'll probably notice that it's not activated throughout the entire walking sequence, when it should be, which I suspect is due to pelvic positioning.
