In my left eye, my biceps and my quads sometimes
When i was still dating my ex and chilling watching tv i'd get this sudden feeling like I moved, but it happened so quick i didn't really notice
and my gf would say "that was a big twitch"
also,
My eye twitches a lot when I talk to people, I think it's to do with stress and people saying retarded shit, slowly pushing me over the edge
Yes. Comes and goes in bunches. All get spasms all over for a week or so, then it goes away for a while. Comes back again later This has been going on for almost 3 years now and I haven't died yet. Hopefully I'll be ok.

Firstly get Vitamin D checked - Your body needs Vitamin D to properly utilize calcium so make sure it's in line before taking a calcium supplement.
Secondly, training hard depletes Magnesium (a decent diet should cover you there)
Unless you have a health problem your Potassium should be fine.
