1RM of 1/2/3/4 plates for press/Bench/squat/diddy
More or less. If you reached none of those, keep doing it.
If you haven't reached squat, keep doing it.
If you reached squat+diddy, stop doing it.
If you reached squat+any other combo, you decide.

I was at 40/60/75/95 until some stuff happened and I basically stopped lifting for half a year and now I'm nearly there. At that point I felt like I was doing everything correctly in terms of form diet etc.
