What are your sleeping schedules ? Your advises for a better, easier sleep ?
I'm literally exhausted, I feel like that getting sleep is the hardest thing in my life.

Still doing it tho cause major fucking insomniac... along with DPH and a valerian/chamomile capsule. Still somehow wake up way too early every morning baka. Probably all the preworkout tho tbqh

I take it every other night. Tolerance definitely jumps. Many recommend taking very small dose (.5mg) to get your body to start pumping.
I take 5mg because fuck it. I also wake up early when I take it (around 4 or 5am). Not sure why.

Yeah i'm up to 15mg every night... shit is getting kinda ridiculous. But i have ti work in the morning 4 or 5 days a week, and i don't want to sacrifice closing out bars and clubs on non work nights... so i have no consistency in my sleep schedule. I'd look for a night owl job but i also need sunlight. Fuckin A
