No idea why it's that great but I think it has to do with low calories but moderately high protein.
Anyway here's how to make it taste great:
1. Lay out your broccoli on some foil
2. Sprinkle a whole bunch of minced garlic all over it
3. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over it all (obviously the olive oil will add calories so watch how much you put on)
4. Sprinkle a little salt and a lot of pepper over the broccoli
5. Wrap it up with the foil into a little bundle and toss it into a 425 degree oven for about 20 minutes
6. It's done when the broccoli starts to get limp and has some burnt particles on the end and the garlic pieces should be starting to get brown.
7. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the top and then eat it
I'll sometimes make a ton and have that for my whole meal.
