Gained a fuckton of weight after a one of my best friends passed in November and all I did was drink and occasionally lift. It's been a great journey back so far and we're all gonna make it.
December 2015 to Today

Quit drinking you fucking neet. Good progress though. Its just a shame b/c you could do much more in those months if you're not constantly poisoning the body you're working so hard to make healthy.
Lost about 40 pounds in the last 3 and a half months. Stalling harder at 190 than ever before and can't fucking wait to break through, should happen any day now

I'm sorry I should have clarified. The depression and loss made me stop working out and start drinking nearly every night leading to the first picture there at the end of December.
I've since changed my diet and got back on track, I only drink when I go out partying now.

3-5 Days per week lifting doing PPL stuff.
I started running but due to all the extra weight I aggravated my achilles so I switched to c25k just to make sure I didn't hurt anything.
Now I'm running PHUL and running 3-4 miles 3 days a week.
