Mountain dew pitch black (pre workout glucose infusion)
Beef jerky (protein)
20 piece Mcnuggets with buffalo sauce (OK get these after, but they're good protein)
Two dozen eggs (eat 8 a day)

Honestly it's true. This is a bit of an exaggeration and I eat a lot of other stuff that's way cheaper and happens to be healthy, like baked chicken breast, sweet potatoes, tuna, etc. But I have eaten every one of these things in the last few days and I have a 6 pack and have put on stupid amounts of muscle recently.

My grocery list:

Ground turkey
Chicken
Pork Tenderloin
Whole grain pasta
Whole grain bread
Lots of eggs
Skim milk
Cottage Cheese
>>

No meats
>>
DRY
ROASTED
PEANUTS
>>
Egg white
Broccoli
Shit ton of apples
Blueberries/Cherries
0% Greek Yogurt
Sole Fish
Shrimps

I try not to eat chicken or beef, they inject them with a shitload of hormones whereas they can't do that with fish.

I've recently started cutting my expenses since I was spending way too much on eating out/food in general. My usual list:

>assorted frozen veggies such as broccoli, spinach, brussels sprouts, peas, green beans, etc.
>bananas
>onion
>a few grapefruit
>5lbs russet potatoes
>jalapeƱos if I'm making chili
>gallon of milk
>2 and 1/2 dozen pack of eggs
>10 cans of beans. Black, kidney, white, pinto, etc.
>bag of rice
>6 cans diced/crushed tomatoes
>2 boxes whole wheat pasta
>2 jars natty PB
>old fashioned oats
>loaf of rye bread
>3lbs boneless chicken thighs
>3lbs ground meatloaf mix
>3lbs pork roast
>carton of ice cream

This usually comes to around $100 and lasts me atleast 3 weeks. I always buy sale items or generic brands. If I see cheap cuts of meat on managers special, I usually buy them and freeze it. Every Sunday I make either a pot of chili or some type of slow cooked meat in the crock pot. I use this for packing my lunch for the week, as well as dinner a few nights.
