How does getting little to no sleep for a day or two affect my gains?

in the long run zero

If it's consistent it will have a big impact though, sleep is where the muscle is made brah.

yeah of course, but i think he is not talking about a regular thing?

But should I expect to lose the workout I just did if I barely sleep this weekend, including the night right after the workout?
Why do women love Nazi uniforms so much?

I know it's not the best but I really need to fix my sleep schedule before monday and I'm trying to figure out the best course of action to keep my gains while doing so. I finished working out at 10 PM, the next time I would sleep would be at about 6PM today.

femdom man. Also they know they'd never be able to wear it in an actual nazi state because female are considered pure little things protected by god who should never fight or get their hands dirty and shouldn't wear a formal uniform so they're enjoying the freedom.

you will not lose your "gains" because of not sleeping for a day

What's a good amount of sleep a night? I have a shitty sleep schedule - like go to bed at 2am and up at 8am. Should I legitimately attempt to fix that if I want to improve more than I currently am?
>>36982676
Everybody has different sleep needs. That being said, consistently sleeping six hours is probably not enough. Most people need more sleep than that, and people who work out consistently need more sleep than most people
>>36982695
Hmn. Might try to fix that then.
Problem is I'm Aussie, so all the interesting stuff on the internet doesn't start until about 11pm for me.
Might start seeing if I can go to bed at midnight or something.

6 hours is enough to function properly during the day
8 hours is recommended for long-term health
For max test, you need to sleep 9 hours.
If you consistently sleep more than that, it might be a symptom of a different problem like depression.

I see. Well, I'm not depressed. I fucking love my sleep though, nothing really more than that.
I'll see if I can start heading off at 11ish or so, then. Wonder if I'll start feeling better as well.

If you're set to do a PR, you might have some trouble with that.
That's basically it.
I had to go on 5-4 hours of sleep a day for three weeks and couldn't put more on my squat than 2.5 kilos, bench stood still, and I had no energy left to deadlift after that so I just did some pullups instead.
