You can add an accessory day where you do things like abs, lateral raises, curls, whatever. Those types of moves give the most benefit at high volumes

Fucking this

Used to do 4 days a week, only 2 of those are lifting, rest days were boring as hell for me.
Added another cardio day, still not enough so now I do every muscle that needs work, namely calf, abs and shoulders, on my mini-weight day. Feels fucking great.
