How do I get rid of mild gyno ? (Pic isnt me) I did a test cycle awhile ago, and now I just realized I have a bit of gyno. I am skinny right now btw. I really do not want to have to resort to surgery.
Have you never heard of a PCT after a cycle?

Arimidex stops aromatising from happening i.e. Gyno. Nolva reduces estro and reduces sides of excess estro i.e. Gyno, but not totally.

Is it possible that it might just go away on its own? I hear that letrozole can remove mild gyno?

Use Arimidex
Dont drink milk
Pray to God you lose most of it.
You should have been on Nolva as soon as you started noticing the gyno.
