>Tue/Thur lower body
Next week it was lower body dominant on Mon/Thurs/Fri going back and forth x a whole year
With that schedule only Cardio remained Mon/Wed/Fri

Not wrong When I did this in high school before hiatus I could squat 405 and about to do another max. Bench was a pathetic 225. Picked up again and all lifts have gone up by at least 20 lbs
