Has anoyone tried the de lorme method for size gains?
you pick an upper and a lower body exercise and do those two only (example squat overhead press, deadlift incline bench) - stick to those two only
Monday: (50% 10RM x5, 75% 10RM x5, 100% 10RM x 5) as many sets as possible (once you get past 5 sets, increase the weights)
Wednesday: 50% 10rm x number of sets on monday
Friday: 50% 10rm x5, 75% 10rm x5 x number of sets monday
i figured this would be cool to try soon, as i mainly do low volume power stuff
