Hi guys. Help me settle a bet?

Which of the following is best for maximizing strength? (Forget about getting big, I'm just talking about strength.)

Low Rep / Heavy Weight: 1-6 reps (5 reps on average)
Moderate Rep / Moderate Weight: 7-12 reps (10 reps on average) or
High Rep / Light Weight: 12 reps (15 reps on average)?

Rest until you feel fresh, don't be afraid to hit it again in 2 minutes or in 6.
