Hey /fit/, is there a way to increase my libido?
I'm male, 25 and in the normal weight range. I fap roughly 2 times a week and have no problems. Could fap everyday, multiple times a day if I wanted to. But when my gf asks me for sex, I'd rather do something different because I feel too lazy. She is attractive and not fat, but I can't seem to get aroused that quickly anymore. Maybe it's because of the condoms, the noisy bed or school related stress, but I need to know the root cause of this.
I had my bloodwork done last summer and my "TESTO" was 6.53 ng/ml. (it says 2.8-8.0 are normal)
I have a varicocelle on my left nut. Maybe if I get it treated, will my test levels rise?

I also have varicocele in my left nut, and experience the same. I fap about 2 times a week but when i do fap i fap for quite a while. I'm guessing that's the cause in my case

I had this issue, went to the doctor, also got blood work. I sort of knew what the issue was, but I was in denial. The problem was I was not sexually attracted to my gf. Seriously that was it. Once we broke up, not sure what it was but I got my libido back, and was on Tinder doing well.
