So /fit/ I'm eating ~800 under my fitness pals recommended calories, why the fuck am I still not losing any weight? Does what I get my calories from have a big impact? What do I do?
Cutting is really slow, boring and fucking annoying process that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
Let this be a lesson and don't gain unnecessary body-fat ever again
What the hell do I eat though? Do I live off of chicken and veggies until I'm fit?
It means your math is wrong. Either you are incorrectly counting calories eaten, or your estimate of calories burned is too high. Or both.
It literally CAN'T work any other way.

>Does what I get my calories from have a big impact
yes, is this bait?
You really aren't telling us much. What is your daily recommended calories, what are your macros. what is your excersise routine. How long have you been doing this?

thats literally the fastest and healthist way to do it
suck it up basically

What is water retention

A couple things.
1) Make sure you are weighing yourself every morning, before you eat.
2) Make sure you are doing your math right. Double check the amounts you are eating and the calories it says.
3) MFP tends to fuck up your "recommended" calories. It says if I eat 2k calories I am 500 calories under my TDEE. My TDEE is 18k not including my hour workout (which I don't input into MFP anyways.)
4) It can take a little while to lose the weight, especially the lower BF% you are at.
5) Be honest and keep lifting and remember, "We're all gunna make it, brah."

i eat 1100 cals everyday and all i eat is eater lean meat or chicken + 500g of broccoli and some nice things like a cracker or milk. sometimes even a cookie.

Two things op:
>current weight
>current calorie goal
Also, remember that every 5lbs or so you need to lower your calories by another 50

Eat carbs, very little salt and don't drink too much and maybe you'll see the weight drop on the scale. Or just trust your math.

If you're going for 7700kcals consumed in a week, make your days more varied calorie wise. Maybe fast a day, just have 700kcals for example, so you can be more flexible in your diet, makes it a lot less boring and you can stick to it long term much easier.
Calories in Calories out is a damned lie. There's plenty of evidence to prove it. Your body will expel calories under the right conditions. Don't argue. Go research. What you eat is 100x more important than how much you eat. Get good sleep, don't starve yourself, walk, run, swim...whatever to stay active.

Believe it or not, hearing you say this is actually encouraging because it confirms how I feel about it.
Babby's first true cut here at 32 years old. I'm learning to love boneless skinless chicken breast and broccoli / spinach...
OP don't be like me if you're young, cut like a motherfucker and make it in your 20s.
Thanks for the input guys, gonna do some more research and figure this shit out.

>My TDEE is 18k
Huh? 18k cals is 18 Cals and 18k Cals is nuts.
