the max number of sets in 45mins, minimum of 5 sets he says.
Did it today for the first time and I barely got to three sets. Tell me, /fit/, am I gonna make it? Am I just not used to this kind of stuff or should I just quit/killself.exe/shit the bed and SS+GOMAD?
