10 spiderman pushups
15 squats + Clean Press with the highest weight I can use
20 hanging knee raises, knees to elbows each time
500m on the rowing machine

the max number of sets in 45mins, minimum of 5 sets he says.

Did it today for the first time and I barely got to three sets. Tell me, /fit/, am I gonna make it? Am I just not used to this kind of stuff or should I just quit/killself.exe/shit the bed and SS+GOMAD?

Doug crossfit and only crossfit for AMRAP and time and all that is bad.

Strength training and HIIT, combined with occasionally doing crossfit for competition and such is good.

The latter is what all the pro crossfitters do
