Sup guys, I've been told I have a fat face.
I work out semi-regularly and run, so I have a pretty low BMI and weigh 74 kg for my 6'1" height which I think is decent, but I want to make my face look leaner and longer instead of round and fat.
I have high cheek bones, so that's probably why, but is there any method in particular to eliminating the extra softness from the face?

Anon, people store their fat differently. Some guys on their gut, some on their thighs. It's something that our genetics determine. You can't spot reduce, all you can do is lower your body fat, and your body will use fat cells from wherever until there isn't where for the fat to come off but the place you want it. Basically you are storing some fat in your face and all you can do is lower your body fat until you no longer have fat face.

I'm worried that if I cut anymore to lose fat from my thighs and face (shitty fat distribution) I'm gonna get thinner on my upper body.
I can't afford this, my upper body is weak and stores minimal fat

If you've got a low bf% already and your face is significantly chubbier proportionately it's probably just genetic unfortunately. However your face might also be puffy and kind of bloated for some reason, maybe diet. I found after losing a bunch of weight I had chipmunk cheeks, turns out I probably had shitty fluid intake. It sounds retarded, but I saw a significant difference in my face just by massaging it hard to move the fluid out of it each time I woke up for about a week. It looked like I lost another 5 pounds just by doing that.
I'm the opposite.
