Godspeed my fellow anon. That's about the only thing that I can narrow it down to with such limited information. Remember, medical technology is on the brink of major, major innovations that could likely reverse/stop the progression of such an illness. Do not succumb to these things. There's an old man at my gym DLing three plates with MS. Research everything if they even SUGGEST it may be something. Knowledge is power. And it will keep you healthy until major things can take over.

If you have acne then you're dealing with a hormonal imbalance. Best to go to your GP or endo and have blood tests done. Change diet accordingly.
