Riding bicycles and motorcycles when ever I can. And music (guitar, bass, drums, accordion)

I draw. Occasionally.
I write stories. I mean, I used to. I could still do it if I really wanted to. It's not that I don't want to, it's just...
I really enjoy reading. Well, when the book interests me. Which is never.
Let's see. I watch movies. A lot. By a lot, I mean occasionally and in blurry quality on my computer, so...
I go out with my friends all the time. I mean just last summer, I went on a short bike ride with my only friend. We haven't really talked much since we've both been so busy but we'll totally do it again soon.

I'd like to learn how to code and how to make genesis music and how to do some video production. Maybe some how to draw good too.

I've been trying to learn italian since last year but I've been on and off about it and then learn Portuguese and spanish for medical terminology.
>>
>>36865395
Right hand is pretty easy (for the accordion), it's like playing mini-piano (I really don't know how to tell you to learn it because I have played piano all my life), but the most important thing is to train your hand to recognise the spaces between the notes, it's so that it is easier to play melodies.
Left hand is tricier, you need to learn chord placements vertically and need to remember what kind of chord variables are horizontally (pic related).
If you have learned these things and don't need to think about them, then it's easy to play most of songs.
Know that the biggest tool in music is practise and that's the only way that you can get better.

What about feels, man? There are vidya moments that are carved in my memory. Like The Half-Life 2 battles with the giant tripods in ep 2, like the summer when Portal 2 came out, like my first Pokemon ever, like the suicide mission of Mass Effect 2, Max Payne 1 and 2 and their gritty noir atmospeheres, that time in Skyrim when I had max archery skills and the full slow time thu'um and arrowed like twenty skelletons in a row all in slow mo at the end of a dungeon. The poetry of World of Goo, the hot frenzy and sick soundtrack of Hotline Miami.

It's a pretty simple system, one row up vertically is a perfect fifth and one row down is a perfect fourth. The C will have a different texture than the others so you'll always be able to find that and work from there, the E and Ab might have it as well making it even easier to find everything you need.

General tricking (MA, freerunning, parkour, bboying, all that good shit)
working on a game engine that will never see the light of day but I consider a learning experience
reading philosophy
MOBA's and other terrible games
chinese cartoons

Also, not sure if it's a hobby, but me and my friends do something I call spooksville hunting where we go explore random places outdoors at buttfuck hour of the night. Last time we apparently found ourselves in a country club golf course and while trying to get to a national park (which, it turns out, didn't exist) found ourselves on a barn face to face with cows n shit, Needless to say we dipped before getting a buckshot facial from a tweaked out farmer. We've gone to all kinds of abandoned places, but I wouldn't really call it urban exploring because it's not urban most of the time.

Also, nunchucks. I fucking love nunchucks

I write weird fetish smut for fun. Right now I'm writing a long multi-part story about Samus Aran being brainwashed into an incontinent schoolgirl.

I also program. About a year ago I started from scratch teaching myself Python, now I'm basically at script kiddie tier and know Python pretty damn well with some minor expertise in C#. I recently made a script to beat some stupid 800-dash challenge in Hyper Light Drifter, for example. Fuck pressing the space bar 800 times.

Does lifting count? I do that, obviously.

My secret passion is occultism, though. Just went on a vacation to Portland and spent the entire time looking through used book stores for neat old tomes. I had to leave the home I grew up in rather abruptly a while ago and my entire book collection was destroyed, so I'm trying to recreate it piece by piece. I'll get another copy of the Principa Discordia someday, r-right brehs?

People who ride generally don't ride just to get from A to B. They enjoy the actual journey and will spend a ton of time arguing over which routes are the best rides or which model of bike is the best for what they do.

Uni offers courses and that's how I took ASL but I don't count that even if I'm fluent.

I know English (obviously), Spanish, French and German(not yet fluent) also know American Sign Language but while it is its own language people who don't know it debate that sometimes.

You learn by actively using the language you're trying to learn. People often try, when learning a new language, to use their English to help them as a crutch. Don't. Learn thirty words and how to use those to describe most things.

I learn mine by traveling for work and getting to practice regularly.

Fucking this. My dad and grandma used to take me all the time and as a kid I was such a little shit about it. Now sitting on the lake with some buds and some brews just fishing and enjoying nature all day sounds like a heavenly experience

It was csgo for me too.
I played cs for a long time. It became monotonous in the last few months. I started reading stuff alt-tabbed more than I was playing, missing rounds.

I started losing my interest around lem. It's a bottomless pit. You will never be as good as guardian, but you can try. Fact is it takes mental energy and time to be good. There is stress involved, and yes it's also a lot of fun.

Question is, do you want to be spending that mental energy on cs, or something else? How much do you think about cs when you aren't even playing?

It's a weird middle zone. You're not really relaxing, chilling in your downtime, replenishing your energy. You're probably making yourself more high-strung. You're also not spending that energy learning or making money. It's like a gains goblin for your mind.

Idk if that's helpful, gl.

You got to throw the first few books in the trash and never look back on them.

Music, which is also what I'm studying (performance and conducting), so eventually it'll change from hobby to job

I watch a lot of movies

When I do go out with friends I enjoy doing something physical like pick up football or frisbee games
