I weight between 250-260 and i am 6 foot.
This is my second time on fit and I want to know where im starting. I want to know how long it would take me to get to near 15% body fat if i just stick to a moderate cutting plan.

i'd guess your bodyfat is at 35-40%
hard to tell when you're over 30% to be honest

biiiiiiiiiitch please
>>36865157
40%
also i have only went to a gym once and that was a couple weeks ago and i can bench one plate. not sure if that matters though
and i wasn't sucking in my gut for the pic

At least 30%. Cut to 200 and ask again and lift

The only percentage I'm sure of is 100%, as in I'm 100% sure that you're fat.

Enjoy your flabby skin you fat faggot.
It doesn't matter what your body fat percentage is or how long it will take to achieve your goals. The time will past regardless.

3 weeks of intense cutting and working out.

195lbs, 6'0" down from ~230, took me just under 5 months and I'm probably between 14 and 16% bf now.
I did Intermittent Fasting for the majority of those 5 months and it's been awesome. Haven't lost any strength (haven't gained any either tho), and after the first couple weeks the fasting is ezpz. I also wasn't super strict on my diet until ~2 months ago and have noticed much more progress since then.
If you nail your cut every day and lift hard at least 3x a week, I'd say you could get down to 15% bf in less than 6 months, maybe faster if you do some cardio (especially on days that you fuck up your diet).

100% fat.
>>36865157
33-35% BF
