*With regards to HCG, some guys will run it on cycle, others will wait to PCT (this is what endos do, the doctors, not the bullshit somatotype ). ok, let's do a sample for beginners.
What you need to do before doing your cycle :
-get lean, 10% or so.
-find a GOOD source. Take time. It took me one year.
-learn the compounds you're going to use, and the possible side effects.
As for a first cycle :
Test-enantate or cypionate 500mg/week (split in 2 pins)
you can add an oral or your choice :
dbol will yield wet gains, strenght, and well-being while on. It's run 30mg/d for 6-8 weeks. It does aromatise (= estrogen conversion), so for a beginner I prefer tbol.
tbol will yield more lean gains, less strenght. It's run 60mg/d for 6-8 weeks.
As for the ancillaries :
You want an AI of your choice : arimidex or aromasin.
Arimidex is run 0.5mg EOD
Aromasin is run 25mg EOD
You run the AI when you start getting sides, aka you feel your nipples getting tingly, hard, they knda hurt when you pinch them.
As for PCT if you plan to come off, blast suggested clomid.
PCT is run 2 weeks after last injection, 300mg first day, then the first week you run 100mg ED, second week 100mg ED, 3rd and 4th week you run 50mg ED.
You also want nolvadex on hands incase you mess up and develop gyno (remember it is only temporary if you don't let it set up).
So it will be something like this :
test e/c 500mg/w for 14weeks
tbol 60-70mg/d for 6-8weeks
arimidex 0.5mg EOD or aromasin 25mg EOD if gyno
PCT starting week 16 as explained clomid 300mg first day, then 100/100/50/50mg ED.
