One I trained, he weighed 60 kilos as a 23 year old 5'10" male. now he is squatting 80 kilos and still going up pretty steadily 60 kilos was a BW squat for him, .75 bodyweight for me, or 0.25 bodyweight squat for you. it's all reletive

So, lads if yesterday I'm deadlifting and I feel a crack and sharp pain in my low back midway but after like 30 mins it transfers into some kind of pain/tingling sensation in my upper glute and today i dont really have any lowback pain put sometimes it hurts in my right upper glute area but only when I forcefully put myself into anterior pelvic tilt.

You can also do a variation if you want. RDLs, Snatch DLs, Deficit, etc.
Light deadlifts are simply to keep things simple and ingrain the motor patterns. But variations can also be great.

it seems mostly to be right next to/above the anterior deltoid, on the bony part on the inside. I can move my arm without any pain but it's like a residual, lingering, small and yet noticable pain. Doesn't hurt when I'm benching or OHPing, though I've noticed that it got a bit worse the day after benching. Don't even suggest that I don't tuck my shoulderblades when benching, because I do.

Give starting strength a shot. I'm sure it'll help you out quite a bit. Start conservatively with your 3x5 weights though. It'll help you progress without stalling as fast.
